In this series of REACHchats we discuss Dr. Goldman’s book The Escalator Effect—A Business Fable and explore four essential steps to lead and inspire your organization to rising success.  The program also features real-world interviews of credit union industry leaders discussing how they have applied these steps within their organizations.
