He also is part of the firm’s practice on Cannabis Related Business Banking, in which he provides updates, along with speaking engagements on the regulatory environment dealing with cannabis and banking. 

Robert Wilkins, Associate:  Robert Wilkins is an Associate at SW&M, and focuses on Contracts, Regulatory Compliance, and Trust Accounts. He also is part of the firm’s practices on Cannabis Related Business Banking. This involves leading extensive research projects, to help ensure financial institutions are compliant with the cannabis banking regulations.
